How to Place an Order

1-Place an order on our website by providing your complete contact information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Address (Street, City, Country, Zip Code)
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (preferably a WhatsApp number for faster communication)

2-Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email to confirm the details and ensure everything is correct.

3-Once we agree on the order details, we’ll send you a payment invoice link for PayPal or provide our bank account details for direct transfer.

4-After receiving your payment, we’ll notify you within 1 hour and begin preparing your order.

5-Order Preparation:

  • Your order will be prepared as soon as we receive your payment.
    • Most items are ready within 2-4 business days.
    • Shoes may take 4-6 business days to prepare.
  • If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you right away.

6-Pre-Shipment Confirmation:

  • After your order is ready, we’ll send you a photo of the product and the shipping address for you to check and confirm.

7-Shipping & Tracking:

  • Once shipped, it may take a few days for the tracking number to be updated. We’ll send it to you as soon as it’s available.

8-Feedback & Support:

  • We’d truly appreciate your feedback once you receive your order.
