Each item undergoes a strict quality inspection before shipping, and we offer detailed photos and precise measurements upon request. However, if an issue arises, we are here to help resolve it fairly.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been confirmed and shipped, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted.

Customs Seizure 

Although it has never happened, in the unlikely event that a package is confiscated by customs, we will send you a new product. In such cases, we kindly ask that you cover 40% of the original purchase price to cover the cost of sending the new item to you.


Product Issues & Defects

We take great care to ensure all products meet high-quality standards. However, if you receive an item with an unexpected defect or error, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution, whether that’s a replacement or another fair solution.


Sizing & Fit Concerns

Our sizing measurements are highly accurate, and we have never encountered mistakes from our side. However, if you receive a product that does not fit, you can contact us.

  • You may return the product for a replacement or refund, but you will need to cover the full return shipping cost.
  • A refund or a new shipment will be processed once we receive the returned product.
  • To avoid the inconvenience of returns, we also offer an option to ship you a new pair at 60% of the original price, allowing you to keep the original pair for a friend or family member.</
